THE OLIVEIL FAMILY TRACES ITS ROOTS BACK TO THE GREEN TOWNS OF ISRAEL,OLIVE CULTIVATION WAS CONCEIVED AFTER THE VISIT OF TEAM OF FARMERS AND AGRICULTURE EXPERTS TO ISRAEL TO STUDY TECHNICAL FEASIBILITY AND ECONOMIC VIABILITY OF THE OLIVE CULTIVATION IN RAJASTHAN. AFTER STUDYING AND REVIEWING THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE EXPERT TEAMS, THE GOVERNMENT OF RAJASTHAN DECIDED TO PROMOTE THE OLIVE CULTIVATION UNDER PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP IN THE STATE.

Olive grove

Olives are best fruits for one’s heart, brain, skin and overall health . The olive branch is a symbol of peace. OLIVEIL brings its consumers with best grade quality and variety of olive oils. Each quality of olives comes with its own exceptional fruit and tree characteristics.

Barnea is a vigorous tree with an erect growth habit and sparse canopy. Raising its roots from Israel ,the character of the oil is mild and smooth and provides the opportunity to blend with oil from other varieties. Barnea is particularly tolerant of peacock spot

Arbequina is one of the main varieties planted, The fruit of Arbequina comes from Spain, it is small and ripens unevenly and matures early to mid season. It produces a high yield of very good quality oil. The oil is rated highly mainly for its good organoleptic characteristics. The reduced levels of oleic acid and relatively low level of polyphenols in the oil lead to its low stability.

Coratina is one of the most important Italian varieties, having the largest olive growing area of Italy. Coratina is tolerant of cold, Coratina produces very high quality oil with high levels of polyphenols making it very stable.

Koroneiki is the main oil variety in Greece. The oil content of Koroneiki is high and is rated highly. The oil has a high level of oleic acid and is very stable. The fruit is ovoid and small, this variety is resistant to drought but does not tolerate cold.
